REFERRING TO THE EDITOR IN THE CM4NEWS

$139 (1) It is the custom in the CM4NEWS that no Reader should refer
to the Editor by name.  The Editor should be referred to in the third
person as "the Honourable CM4NEWS Editor....."
     (2) When the Editor has the Emeritus status, he/she is referred
to in the CM4NEWS as "the Right Honourable CM4NEWS Editor Emeritus....."

ALLUSIONS PERSONNELLES A L'EDITEUR/EDITRICE DANS LA CM4NEWS

$139  1) Nul lecteur/lectrice ne dois appeler l'editeur/editrice par
son nom; ainsi le veut la coutume a la CM4NEWS.  On doit parler de
l'editeur/editrice a la troisieme personne en indiquant le nom de
leur circonscription (l'honorable editeur/editrice de la CM4NEWS.....)
      2) L'editeur/editrice avec le statut emerite est appele par les
lecteurs/lectrices, a la CM4NEWS: (le/la tres honorable editeur/editrce
emerite de la CM4NEWS.....)
