0005 85/10/03 10:16:20 * QUIET REVOLUTION OF CM4LIB DISK *
---- -------- -------- -------------------------------------------------

The October Crisis of some missing cells in CM4LIB disk following the
Quiet Revolution is over without imposing the BNR War Measures Act.
The following is a list of new, re-designed and renamed cells released
to the CMOS4 Cell Library Disk October 3:

- INVT (new): Inverter with low switching point
- BUFT (new): Buffer with low switching point
- BUSF (new): 3-state bus controller

- RDFFS (formerly RDTPS, QB output added)
- RDFF (formerly RDTP, QB output added)
- SLAT (formerly RLAT, OUTB output removed)
- TGPI (formerly TGIP)

The complete information of all cells is available on-line with the new
"HLPCOM INFO" facility. Both the "Comma Problem" and the misplaced LD
values in FUNSIM MACROs were promptly fixed October 3, and all cells have
now been GXed.

The dressed-up CM4NEWS Publisher was moved at the second Canadian Club
of Ottawa luncheon meeting September 26 by Canadian Football League
Commissioner Douglas Mitchell, who stressed the importance of marketing
as a key to the success of CFL. Well, the CM4NEWS Publisher is now
proposing the world-wide distribution of CM4NEWS, linked to BNR's
CBDS/SDS releases. The speaker for the next meeting October 16 is BNR
President John Roth, commonly known as "Big John".

In the mean time, Go S. Sunatori, who is overly jealous of Rob Gibbins'
recent engagement, was singing "everybody needs a little time away" in
Chicago's "Hard to say I'm Sorry" as an excuse for watching his favourite
TV show "The Flintstones" at noon. However, what he should really be
singing is "why don't you came to your senses?" in Eagles' "Desperado".
