The technology-independent "CELLNEWS" on CADDISK has replaced "CM4NEWS".
In addition, the novel Cell Library general information system "CELLINFO"
has been implemented.  Also technology-independent, "CELLINFO" replaces
"CM4INFO" which contained the CMOS4 Cell Library Philosophy Document.
"CELLINFO" consolidates all of the CMOS3 Cell Library Application Notes,
formerly available through the user-unfriendly HLPCOM APPLICAT facility.
Both "CELLNEWS" and "CELLINFO" can easily be accessed by the PF2-key in
the integrated full-screen "HLPCOM" Cell Library search facility.

Currently "CELLNEWS" and "CELLINFO" are available on BNRLSI only, but
there is a greater than 50% chance that CELLNEWS/CELLINFO facility will
be distributed world-wide in the 3.03.01 CMOS Cell Library release in
March or April, 1986.
