At the Governor General's garden party 1991-06-30, I was instructed by an RCMP officer at the Rideau Hall to park my car on the very street where the attached parking ticket was issued. Therefore, I plead NOT GUILTY for the parking violation. If Ottawa Police want to dispute, please dispute with the RCMP, not with ME.
Incidentally, I hear that a guilty motorist who is not an Ontario resident cannot be forced to pay by Ottawa Police since there is no agreement between Ontario and Quebec polices. Good luck.
