It is an excellent idea, but needs more refinement. First of all, the whole thing is aimed at finding a "job". Well, "job" is an industrial-age concept. I am looking for "work", or contracts as a self-employed consultant. There may be employers who are flexible enough to accommodate my requirements, but I would like this Electronic Labour Exchange system to be promoting post-industrial knowledge society. (Note my proposal to Lloyd Axworthy regarding this aspect.)
I would like to see the categories consolidated. I don't understand why there have to be so many! For example, I was looking for "Analyst", and found half-dozen computer analyst titles with subtle differences, which I cannot comprehend. Please justify the difference, or else consolidate to keep it simple.
