I often find myself trying to find a reference to a person or a place mentioned earlier in the article. For example, "Ottawa Mayor Jacquelin Holtzman" is introduced earlier in the article, while all the subsequent mentions are just "Holtzman". I would like to see at least the first "Holtzman" to be highlighted in bold so that I can easily go back to see what this person is.
In fact, it is already effective in Brown's Beat, which I find easy to read. I would like the Citizen to spread this practice to the entire newspaper.
