1995-09-21|Probability of Precipitation in Ottawa Citizen
To whom it may concern
Since I didn't get the answer last time, I post this question again. Is there any reason why the Ottawa Citizen's Weather Forecast does not include the Probability of Precipitation? I believe Environment Canada provides this info, and I am used to it in the Weather Channel. Is it because the Citizen gets the weather info from a U.S. company?

Bravo! I noticed that the Ottawa Citizen's Weather Forecast now shows the Probability of Precipitation as of last week or so. However, this improvement comes with a great sacrifice of forecast pictogramme icons, which I miss very much. I feel guilty because I requested the Probability of Precipitation last year...
