I was quite impressed by the fantastic clarity of the BASF video cassette, exactly as advertised. The image had brilliant clarity and sound even on my old VCR machine which showed snowy pictures with video cassettes of other brands (e.g., SONY) due to a weak head.
Both of the video cassettes enclosed, however, are now unable to show any picture at certain points, one at 2-hour mark (EP mode) and the other at 5-hour mark (EP mode) on my new VCR machine (6 months old). I used these video cassettes almost daily, but these video cassettes have not experienced any accident, misuse or neglect whatsoever.
Since BASF offers a LIFETIME GUARANTEE, I would appreciate your sending me replacements.
