Ottawa Citizen says "CanWest CanSpell". I believe that CanWest cannot spell, I am afraid.
Here is what I found on Page A5 of Ottawa Citizen 2007-02-12 (Monday), in article entitled "British seal hunt criticism 'unfounded'".
Vlosely monitors hunting practices and punishes offenders
Vlosely -> Closely, of course. The typographical error was most probably caused due to the writer's hitting the adjacent key on a qwerty keyboard.
Any rudimentary spellchecker would have caught this elementary typo. Remarkably, the error is still in the "30 days Archive" as well as in the "Digital Edition". :-)
