To whom it may concern
While filing an on-line complaint form at Canada Post Ombudsman's website, I encountered a situation in which potentially sensitive information may be exposed by simply changing "XXXX" in the following URL to "1600", "1601", "1602", etc.
By the way, here is what Canada Post Ombudsman's website says about the use of personal information in section "Your privacy".
