What is the problem for Skype not to offer Skype-In numbers for Canada? I
have been waiting for more than 4 years, but Skype-In for Canada is still unavailable. Is it a technical issue, or a regulatory issue?
Please allow me to use Skype-In, which is available in 25 countries but not in Canada. Skype says that they cannot offer such numbers for regulatory reasons, as shown below.
