2010-07-07|Faded chocolate

To whom it may concern

• I noticed that a box of Glosette <UPC:0-68000-01229-4> contained mostly faded chocolate, as shown in the photo below. I do not know if it is a health hazard, so I am reporting it to you.

  

• I promptly reported the problem of manufacturing defects to Hershey Canada, and they quickly sent me coupons.

• Thank you very much for your attention.
