2011-03-02|"light duty packaging tape" or "heavy duty storage tape"?
To whom it may concern
I noticed that the label of this tape product is marked "light duty packaging tape/ruban d'emballage de faible résistance", while each tape is marked "heavy duty storage tape/résistant ruban d'entreposage". The product has Staples/Bureau en gros number of 342115 <UPC:7-18103-34211-7>, as shown in the photo below.
I promptly reported the problem of manufacturing defects to Staples/Bureau en gros.
