I have been a subscriber of Vidéotron's illico digital television service since 2003. Today, I was watching Channel 1 for INFOV: Info Vidéotron, and noticed an advertisement "truTV PRESENTS WORLD'S DUMBEST...". Please find attached the screenshot as proof.

Since I was interested in subscribing to truTV, I looked for this channel in Vidéotron's channel lineup. I did not find it, so I contacted Vidéotron's technical support. Here is the transcript of the conversation.

SunatoriS: just a very simple question: which channel in illico is truTV???
Omar: Sincerely wouldn't have a clue. I can try and find that information.
SunatoriS: please.
SunatoriS: i can wait.
Omar: It would usually be our customer service that would have this type of information. It won't be long.
SunatoriS: ok
Omar: We dont seem to have that channel
SunatoriS: well, i am watching channel 1, which is INFOV: Info Vidéotron. the advertisement says "Every Thursday at 9 on truTV".
SunatoriS: does it mean that it is false advertisement???
Omar: Sincerely within the whole programming I have there is no truTV.

Therefore, I am filing a complaint as a false advertisement.
