To whom it may concern

• I have a quick question. Presently, the USPTO does not mandate the registration of assignment change. As a result, many patents have wrong or obsolete assignment data. Is this deficiency addressed in the America Invents Act?

• If not, may I request that the registration of assignment change be made mandatory, please?
