In Scotia Online, I often go to "Funds Transfer > Between Accounts" to transfer some money to my kids whose accounts show up in my system. Sometimes, it is a transfer of necessity, but other times it is a gift. In the case of a gift, I would like to have a personal message accompany the transfer.
Please consider adding such a feature to Scotia Online's Funds Transfer system. You could in fact offer an electronic greeting card, too.
