I read your article in the Futurist magazine (January-February 2012) with interest.
On page 42, you wrote: "Patent office statistics show that only about 0.2 % of patents make a return on the inventor's investment." I have often seen such statistics before with varying numbers (all very small), but I have never been able to find the source of the statistics. Therefore, please give me the source of this number (0.2 %).
