Some time before the new IKEA Ottawa opened 2011-12-07, I found a "Notice of Beautification" in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper. Since then, the notice is on my window, hoping that IKEA staff would take notice. However, there has been no sign of your passing by. Is it because I live in Gatineau, QC, just across the Ottawa River?
Since the opening excitement is over, please advise if I should put down the "Notice of Beautification" from my window.
