To whom it may concern

• I saw in TV programme "I-Miev Electric Car" on the Discovery Channel that Hydro-Québec is conducting field-test of this electric vehicle. If you would like to have somebody technical (an electrical engineer) to field-test this vehicle in the Outaouais region, I would be happy to be a guinea pig.
