I have been a very long-time IKEA customer. Many years ago, I became a proud IKEA Family Member (980-033-395). Although I have not used this card for several years, I wanted to use it today. However, it was rejected for being "old". The cashier said that there is a new card programme.
Please create a new IKEA Family Membership card, and credit today's purchase ($161.50 CAD).
Also, I wanted to purchase many SAMLA (57 cm x 39 cm x 28 cm, 45 l) at $7.99 CAD each today. All the other sizes of SAMLA transparent boxes were present in IKEA Ottawa store, but this particular size was available only in BLACK. There were only demo version of transparent boxes, and there was no sign to say "out of stock" or anything. Please let me know when you are going to make SAMLA transparent boxes (57 cm x 39 cm x 28 cm, 45 l) available in IKEA Ottawa store.
