I stayed at your hotel "Park Inn Hotel & Suites Montreal Airport" in Montreal, QC, from 2012-11-02 (Friday) to 2012-11-03 (Saturday) with my spouse and child. Although it was very difficult to reach the hotel from the east on highway 520, the stay was pleasant. That is until the next morning.
One of the reasons that we had picked your hotel was "Free Breakfast". In the evening of 2012-11-02, I called the reception desk to ask where the Free Breakfast was, and I was told that it was in the nice restaurant on the ground floor. In the early morning of 2012-11-03, we found out at the restaurant that Free Breakfast was only for certain rooms, and that our room did not qualify for a Free Breakfast.
Since our schedule was very tight, we could not make an alternative arrangement. So, we took the breakfast anyway, but it cost us an astronomical amount of $23.00 CAD.
Therefore, I would like to request that you contact website "leisureplanet.com" and possibly some others to make sure that "Free Breakfast" not be included in the list of amenities of your hotel, please.
