Please confirm that I will be getting the promised "$10 Statement Credit with the TrueEarnings Card" because I applied by October 6, 2013.
Despite your assurance that "The Statement Credit will appear on your account by October 31, 2013. In your case, it will reflect on your November 2013 statement which will generate on November 27, 2013.", the $10.00 Statement Credit did not show up in my November 2013 statement. I had been eagerly waiting for this promised welcoming bonus by American Express, so my disappointment is enormous.
Please note that if I do not receive the $10.00 Statement Credit very soon, then I will report the incident to The Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) and/or to The Competition Bureau.
I hope that you take an immediate action to remedy the situation!
