Both <http://secure.peo.on.ca/> and <http://www.peo.on.ca/> (Licence Holder Login) give the following error message before my entering any credentials (username or password):
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
