After obtaining a Costco Capital One MasterCard, I filled out "Authorization for Pre-Authorized Debit Payment Plan", and sent the signed form to Capital One's headquarters via snail mail.
Today, I telephoned Capital One to confirm if the plan is in effect. I was astounded to learn that the Costco Capital One MasterCard does not have this option. I have used the pre-authorized payment for many years with BMO MasterCard, Scotiabank VISA, Scotiabank American Express and Costco American Express.
The lack of this feature in Costco Capital One MasterCard is extremely disturbing. Therefore, please have Capital One enable Pre-Authorized Debit Payment Plan for Costco Capital One MasterCard.

I have just received a new Capital One MasterCard which replaces my old one due to Costco's failure to keep the link to my old Capital One MasterCard. To my surprise, my first name and my last name are interchanged! I believe that the mistake happened at the Costco warehouse by the associate who filled out the form for me when I made the application.
I contacted Capital One MasterCard's Customer Service, and was instructed to send my driver's license via FAX.

Please make it possible to use Apple Pay at Costco warehouse. Here is what the Capital One website says.
"Apple Pay is currently available for most Capital One credit and debit cards. It is not available for partner cards."
