I purchased "180S URBAN Men EW (Ear Warmer)" for $29.99 earlier this year. It was advertised as "Adjustable One-Size-Fits-Most". I tried for a long time to make proper adjustments, but the ear warmer keeps slipping from my head. So, I hereby conclude that my head is bigger than most men's head. Also, I get pain when I wear the ear warmer over the sunglasses during cross-country skiing. The store where I purchased the product in Montréal, QC, is bankrupt, so I am in a desperate situation. Would I be able to get a refund if I send you back the product? I look forward to your reply.
