I switched from Vidéotron's Hybrid Internet to Bell Canada's Fibe Internet because the Bell Canada rep who visited my home said that Bell Canada's rate will be lower than Vidéotron's rate "à vie" in French meaning "for life". However, the technician left a long wire wound around the outdoor faucet.
After several telephone calls to complain, they finally fixed it up to my satisfaction.

Despite the fact that the Bell Canada rep who convinced me to switch from Vidéotron to Bell Canada had promised that the lower rate is "à vie" in French meaning "for life", the bill showed that the special discount expired after only 8 months. I immediately called Bell Canada to complain, but they could not honour the Bell Canada rep's promise. All they could do was to give me 24 months of discount. I still feel bad about being lied to...

A Bell Canada agent on the phone enticed me to switch from Fibe 25 to Fibe 300 because they have almost the same price.
However, when the bill came, it was not $59.95 CAD/month as promised but $69.95 CAD/month + taxes = $80.42 CAD/month. I complained with Confirmation number: P97J97Z3, but it was no use. I hate such deception...
