I bought a bottle of multi-vitamin pills at Costco, and am taking one every day. I noticed a few pills that appear to be contaminated. It is way before the expiration date, so I am reporting the incident to you. I would appreciate your analysis of the cause of the stain.
I promptly reported the problem of the contamination to Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. and to Vita Health Products, and a representative from Costco offered a refund.
