This is a bug report on Ottawa Citizen ePaper app (iOS) on the iPhone. I set "Disable Full Screen" in the Settings menu. It disabled the full-screen mode in the newspaper replica OK. However, this setting does not disable the full-screen mode while reading each article. Please make it so because the constant up-down shifting of text block is very disturbing, to say the least.
After I finish reading an article in Article Text View, the link in the newspaper replica should change its colour from BLUE to RED, for example, to indicate that the article has been read.
Also, please note that the text of the first line on the screen in Article Text View overlaps with iPhone's menu. The problem will be fixed when the full screen is disabled in Article Text View.
Headline cases are sometimes mixed up.
Thank you very much for your attention.

This is another bug report on Ottawa Citizen ePaper app (iOS) on the iPhone. In Settings > Reading, I turned on Enable Text-to-Speech. When I click the speaker icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen, speech starts. When the speech for an article is over, the app automatically proceeds to the next article, which is quite helpful. However, the speech does not correspond to the article. This mismatch between the speech and the display happens only on the Front Page of major sections.
The text should scroll down to show which word is being spoken as the text-to-speech proceeds, please.
Font size can be easily adjusted at the bottom, but the setting is not memorised. Please make it so because I have to change the setting every day.
"Correction", "Clarification", etc. which are usually on the left-hand side on page A2 are not spoken by Text-to-Speech. Please make it so.
The editorial cartoon on the EDITORIAL/OPINION page does not show up in the Text View. Please make it so.
On the NP WORLD page, many articles have the location (country, states, etc.) at the top in BLUE. However, this location does not show up in the Text View or is spoken on the iPhone or in the Web version of Ottawa Citizen ePaper. Please make it so.
There are quite often mismatch of headlines between the text and the speech. Please try to make them consistent.
On the web version of Ottawa Citizen ePaper, "Continued from A1" is shown to the article that was already shown earlier. However, the iPhone version of Ottawa Citizen ePaper is missing this critical feature.
I appreciate being able to change the Speech rate in Ottawa Citizen ePaper app on the iPhone. However, there is no way to change the Speech rate in the Web version of Ottawa Citizen ePaper on a computer. "Speaking Rate" in System Preferences > Dictation & Speech has no effect at all. Please make it so.

This is yet another bug report on Ottawa Citizen ePaper app (iOS) on the iPhone. In Settings > General, I set "Remove Issues: Never". Since I manually delete the day's issue every day, there is no issue shows up in My Library. However, my iPhone's Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage keeps growing to more than 1 GB, forcing me to delete the Ottawa Citizen ePaper app and to re-download/re-install it.
Thank you very much for your attention.

After I re-installed Ottawa Citizen ePaper app because the memory grew to more than 1 GB despite "Remove Issues: Keep 3 back issues" was selected in Settings > General, error message "Service Error: Too Many Activations" showed up. Calling the Ottawa Citizen help desk in panic revealed that it is due to the fact that I had changed my iPhones a few times and old unused iPhones were still on the list on Ottawa Citizen's server.
Thank you very much for your attention.

The re-designed Ottawa Citizen ePaper app sometimes shows no edition at all or 2 identical editions but not today's edition.
