When I noticed that 2 pieces of Smoked Atlantic Salmon at Costco had a broken vacuum seal, I naturally demanded a partial refund. The agent at Costco's warehouse told me that they are not allowed to give a partial refund but could give a full refund minus the number of salmon pieces consumed.
This way, Costco would be wasting 8 pieces of smoked salmon! Please stop this insanity and just give me a partial refund!!

The following item is available in the U.S.A. at costco.com. However, it is not available in Canada either on costco.ca or at warehouses in Canada's Capital Region. Since Kirkland is Costco's own brand, I would like to see it sold in Canada as well, please!
