2017-03-29|Avis.com miles or kilometres?

To whom it may concern

I am in Canada, so Avis's website properly shows "C$" for Canadian dollars OK. However, I would like your confirmation that "Mileage: 2,800 Miles included" is true for Canada. Is it really 2 800 mi = 4 506 km in Canada, or is it 2 800 km in Canada as other car-rental companies offer?

A week later, I received the following reply from Avis.com admitting the error. It is quite satisfactory, but I had already made other arrangements.

We apologize for all your concerns in this matter, this would be an error on the part of the web site. If you would please reply to this message with your reservation, we will gladly apply the km equivalent of 2,800 miles after your rental is over.

Thank you very much for your attention.
