I had noticed that the starting time of the Community Information Session in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper advertisement was 11:00, while the starting time on Best Theratronics's website <http://www.theratronics.ca/> was 14:00, and assumed that there would be 2 sessions. That is why I attached a screenshot to my reply to you.
When we drove from home in Gatineau, QC, and arrived at Best Theratronics at 14:20 on Saturday, a staff member and a security guard kindly explained to us that the Community Information Session was already over, and that there would be no more session scheduled in the afternoon.
Since my daughter and I are both engineers, we will look out for future presentations to learn more about medical technologies. So, there is no problem, although we missed a free lunch OR snacks & beverages. :-)
