As a McMaster alumnus, I have used McMaster's Alumni E-mail Forwarding Service since 2007.
Please consider taking the next step of offering "eduroam" access for McMaster alumni so that they could proudly access Wi-Fi at any participating educational institutions in the world.

You kindly set up "eduroam" access for me last year. It turned out to be very useful whenever I visit any university, so I am infinitely grateful to you as a proud McMaster alumnus!
Today, I received error message "Incorrect Wi-Fi Password" from "eduroam" at uOttawa. I believe that it is due to the expiration of the password on my account "sunatogo@mcmaster.ca".

When I received the notification a few weeks ago as shown below, I followed the instruction to reset the password.

Your MacID password will expire in 7 Days

Your MacID password will expire soon. Please use the "MacID and Password Management" tile on your Mosaic home page to change the password for sunatogo, which will expire on 2019/09/24 03:49 PM.
Alternatively, you can manage your password by following this link: https://www.mcmaster.ca/uts/macid/

However, my attempt was not successful as shown below.

Following the instruction, I tried logging in later many times, but all failed with error message "Unable to join the network "eduroam"". Therefore, I am contacting you to have the password for my account "sunatogo@mcmaster.ca" reset by University Technology Services (UTS) Service Desk.

Thanks to University Technology Services (UTS)'s competent assistance, I was able to log into MacID Management website. However, eduroam Wi-Fi network at Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) gives me the following panel.
Previously (3-1/2 years ago), I was given the following, which no longer works. Please provide me with updated Password.
- Account Name: sunatogo@mcmaster.ca
- Password: qywbyv-0korzy-Robfud

Even after installing the eduroam profile, eduroam still fails.

After failures of eduroam at Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) and also at Acadia University, I found that eduroam works just fine at uOttawa, without such eduroam profile with settings parameters.

Several years ago, you kindly set up "eduroam" access for me. It turned out to be very useful whenever I visit any university, so I am infinitely grateful to you as a proud McMaster alumnus!

Recently, I am having trouble accessing Internet at UQO. Selecting network "eduroam" makes me enter username (sunatogo@mcmaster.ca) and password (MY_PASSWORD). However, eduroam kicks me out in 1 second, before I can do anything at all. Please check at your end if my account setup is still valid for eduroam.

The account provided [1]sunatogo@mcmaster.ca is currently showing as active and would have access to eduroam. If you receive an error message when connecting in the future please contact us with the error and we can try to further assist you with connecting to the network.

I went to Settings > Wi-Fi > eduroam and tapped "Forget This Network". When Certificate of wireless.mcmaster.ca (Not Trusted) showed up, I tapped "Trust". Then, I restarted my iPhone (iOS).
However, eduroam was still unaccessible. Finally, it turned out that my Automation shortcuts in Shortcuts app (iOS) was interfering with eduroam access. So, I disabled the Automation shortcuts, and it solved the Wi-Fi problem for good!
