However, some of the 2-letter ccTLDs seem to be abused by software and entertainment companies. Does the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) consider such domain hacks as a potential threat? Belgium is a Liberal democracy.
Would the CIRA consider offering the .CA domain to California businesses as a business opportunity?
