To whom it may concern
Since YouTube is the only app on my iPhone (iOS 12.1.2) to exhibits such a display anomaly, please investigate. The strange phenomenon persists even after re-installing the YouTube app and repeatedly restarting the iPhone.
Also, although I turned off AUTOPLAY, the setting repeated becomes on again and again automatically. Please fix it up.
Thank you very much for your attention.
To whom it may concern
Ever since I updated my iPhone (iOS 13.4.1), I noticed that the full-screen icon in the YouTube app became unreliable. Tapping the full-screen icon works a couple of times, then stops responding. Also, physically changing the orientation from portrait to landscape stops responding, either. Double-tapping the Home button and swiping up the YouTube app to force-quit is the only remedy.
Thus, please make YouTube automatically show full screen as soon as the video starts playing, just as other apps like Netflix, Crave, Tubi and Plex do, and permanently display the RED progress bar at the bottom.
