On the RÉSERVauto website, there is option "AFFICHER LA GRILLE DES RÉSERVATIONS" in "Ajouter une réservation". However, this essential feature is missing in Communauto app on the iPhone (iOS). Please implement it ASAP.
Alternatively, function "DISPONIBILITÉ" with a timetable for a specific station would be acceptable.

I had a Communauto car (Toyota Prius C) from 2019-12-28 to 2019-12-30. This is to let you know that in early morning 2019-12-29 at 02:00 or so, the car broke down by unexpected mechanical failure. I called up Communauto, and a rescue truck arrived in about 1 hour. The driver was very competent, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Although it was solved OK, the experience was traumatic.

This is to let you know that tapping "Options" in Communauto app's VEHICLE SEARCH displays 2 groups of 6 switches = 12 switches which are all empty, as shown in the screenshot. The switches can be turned ON or OFF, but you never know what you are turning ON or OFF.

In order to pay for fuel, I tapped "Credit card" on Communauto app, which said: "The Credit card is activated!"
However, service station's fuel pump did not accept the credit card, so I had use my own credit card. When I tapped "Purchase receipt" and entered the date of paper receipt, Communauto app complained: "Receipt has invalid date of purchase."
It turned out that Communauto app expects the time in Eastern Time (ET) only while I was travelling in NS, Canada, which is in Atlantic Time (AT). Please make it possible to specify different time zones in Communauto app.

Even though I tapped "Cancel" in Communauto app's "My trips" several hours before the start of my trip, Communauto app said: "You can't cancel a reservation yourself or shift the start of a reservation yourself if it has started at a time prior to the present time."

I have 2 Communauto accounts, one in Québec and one in Ontario. When I visited Toronto, ON, and selected "City: Toronto", the Communauto app (iOS) on the iPhone said "Looking for vehicles..." forever in infinite loop.
The problem was resolved when I followed the agent's advice to delete the app, then to reinstall the app.
