2019-11-05|Netflix's Inconsistent Subtitles/CC

To whom it may concern

According to Wikipedia, closed captioning (CC) and subtitling are defined as a transcription of the audio portion of a program as it occurs. In a foreign-language movie such as TV show "Better Than Us", for example, there is extreme inconsistency that I found.
