• I have encountered the following error message from the PressReader app (iOS) on the iPhone. As instructed, I am reporting this problem to you.

• There is a similar situation in the Ottawa Citizen ePaper app.

  Service Error
  There seems to be a problem connecting online services Ok

• Thank you so much for drastically improving the Player in the PressReader app (iOS)!

• However, there is serious mismatch between the headline and the content of the article in the Text View, as shown in the screenshot below for the Ottawa Citizen (2020-08-12). The article is a conglomerate of 3 stories à la Frankenstein's monster. After following the advice of trashing and re-downloading the Ottawa Citizen, the situation is better but not quite. Please fix it up ASAP.

  

• Curiously, the Ottawa Citizen ePaper's Text View on the web does not exhibit such mismatch.

• After restarting the iPhone and launching the PressReader app (iOS), I tapped the Listen button. The progress bar started rotating and continued infinitely.

• Then, I discovered that if I turn on Settings > Native iOS text-to-speech, then the PressReader app speaks correctly albeit with only 1 voice instead of the non-native mode of switching between male and female voices. Moreover, the native mode lacks Speed control (0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x) as well as Rewind (-15) and Fast Forward (+15).

• I have active paid subscription to Ottawa Citizen ePaper which shows up OK in PressReader app (iOS)'s Accounts, and I was able to read Ottawa Citizen on my iPhone 6s Plus before.

  

• On my iPhone 12, however, "Read with Premium" shows up, and I am unable to read the Ottawa Citizen Please restore my access ASAP!

• The Listen button for text-to-speech (TTS) functions well when iPhone 12 (iOS) is in Portrait orientation, but it reproducibly crashes when iPhone 12 (iOS) is in Landscape orientation. Please fix it up.
