To whom it may concern

I understand that Health Canada is responsible for many acts and their associated regulations that have a direct impact on the health and safety of Canadians. I have "Concerns about the safety of a device or its ability to perform as claimed" about Listerine Ultraclean Anti-Stain Antiseptic Mouthwash manufactured by Johnson & Johnson.
I recently noticed that Listerine's dispenser pump does not function well because residual liquid solidifies at the pump mechanism. Even worse, Listerine solidifies on the bathroom counter's surface, and the resulting blobs attract ants! In contrast, Scope does not leave such solid residue and attracts no ants, as shown in the comparative photograph.
I reported the anomaly to Johnson & Johnson several weeks ago asking for chemical analysis. I received acknowledgement and 2 coupons, but no chemical analysis.
I would like to know what is causing this anomaly because if some form of sugar were used contrary to the declared ingredients, then there would be health and dental concern. I still have a full container of Listerine from the same batch, so please let me know if I can send it to Health Canada's laboratory.
