A letter writer wrote: "Let's leave it to the people to further define themselves if they chose to. ... Let's stop being petty, small minded and narrow in our thinking."
As for me, I have always self-identified myself as "Other: Homo sapiens" in censuses, surveys and questionnaires. I sincerely hope that more people will embrace scientifically logical facts and enlighten the Canadian society as such to make a difference.
