On VIA Rail's train from Ottawa, ON, to Toronto, ON, there was Wi-Fi service. Its Network Name (SSID) was "VIA_WIFI_VIDEO". I could access the Mail and Messages apps from my iPhone, but none of the video apps (CBC Gem, Crave, Fibe TV, Netflix, Tubi, YouTube, etc.) functioned.
If VIA Rail's Wi-Fi service is not intended to offer video service, then please rename the SSID to something like "VIA_WIFI_NO_VIDEO".

To whom it may concern
On my return trip from Toronto, ON, to Ottawa, ON, Wi-Fi service was even less reliable as the access to Wi-Fi was lost every 5 minutes or so.
Somebody had added "2," to a note that says that the particular section was reserved for a group. Given such a Wi-Fi hell on VIA Rail's train, I added "1," to the note and monopolised the section of 4 seats.
