The Second Law of Thermodynamics say that any natural process in an isolated system progresses in the direction of increasing disorder, or entropy, of the system. Here are BEFORE (disorder) and AFTER (order) images of chia seeds sprinkled in a bath of dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) in time-lapse video, seeming to defy the Second Law of Thermodynamics to achieve an equidistant equilibrium state.
