On Canada Post's website, tab "Tools" leads to a webpage with a plurality of tools. To ship a package, there is "Ship Online" and "Canada Post Snap Ship™".
The "Ship Online" has a lock icon and hyperlink "Use tool now" is greyed out.
The "Canada Post Snap Ship™" is functional as hyperlink "Use tool now" is not greyed out.
Please redesign the webpage to prevent such confusion. Also, hyperlink "Website feedback" is broken, showing a blank page. Please fix it up!
