To whom it may concern
I received 2 voice notifications on the telephone from Hydro-Québec about planned service interruptions at different times on the same day. I was quite confused, so I checked "Info-pannes" on Hydro-Québec's website. The map shows that my residence is affected by overlapping service interruptions.
Please reconfigure the automated notification system so that Hydro-Québec customers receive consolidated times when power outage is planned.
BTW, notification of power outage is only via telephone calls from Hydro-Québec at present. Please make it possible to receive e-mail messages and/or SMS messages as well.
