There are GIANT potholes on Boulevard Alexandre-Taché in the Hull Sector. While cycling to go to the Maison du citoyen, I fell from my bicycle when I hit a deep pothole about 100 mm in depth. It is a serious problem for cyclists because there is no bike lane or sidewalk in this part of Boulevard Alexandre-Taché, as shown in the attached photo. Therefore, please fix it up ASAP.
Please advise the procedure to make a claim for the repair cost of my bicycle ($11.98 CAD + GST + TVQ = $13.78 CAD) by replacing a bike inner tube.
