Back in 2018, I asked IEEE Spectrum to implement the Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature in the IEEE app as function "LISTEN". I am still waiting.
I was pleasantly surprised to find such a TTS feature on the IEEE Canadian Review website! Please implement Speed Control so that I can play back an article at different speeds since my brain does not function well at low speed.
