• HELP!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY!!!

• I am a licensed user of LiveCode as I pay monthly subscription fee.

  $9.99 Paid February 1, 2022

• I upgraded to LiveCode 9.6.6 a while back. Today, I cannot use LiveCode for some reason. As I show in the various screenshots, LiveCode complains:

  Your license has expired or is no longer valid.

  

• Every time I try "Manual activation" to receive an Offline Activation File on LiveCode website, I receive an empty 0-length license file "LiveCode-Commercial-9_6_6.lic".

• Because LiveCode is essential for my business and personal life, please please please resolve this issue ASAP!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION!!!

• This is exactly the same problem as the 2 urgent requests that I made on 2022-02-28.

• The identical problem showed up immediately after upgrading my MacBook Air to macOS 12.3.1. Last time, I quit LiveCode.app, then restarted the Mac several times, and finally LiveCode started to work. This time around, doing the same has not resulted in recovery at all. I even changed the password, but still no luck. Offline activation file is empty. So, I am completely stuck, despite the fact I continue to pay $9.99 USD/month. Is it possible that LiveCode staff has to update something on the back end every time macOS is updated? Whatever it is, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!

• Yes, since I woke up, LiveCode accepted the password and runs OK as before. The extreme stress took a high toll on my mental health and shot my blood pressure sky high, as I store all my original documents for work as well as personnel notes and website HTML source code in LiveCode. Basically my entire digital life depends on LiveCode.

• The outage happened on 2022-02-28, then on 2022-03-31. Considering the time difference between UTC and ET (4 or 5 hours depending on daylight savings time), the outage happened on the first days of the month. If it were due to LiveCode authentication server's user verification process matching with payment or whatever, please make sure that such outage will not happen again, not only for me but for other loyal LiveCode users. Thank you!

  Hello Simon, Thank you for the update, and I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
