Matchoffee: Anti-Oxidant Zero-Waste Drink Mix comprises matcha powder and instant coffee granule.
- 45/99 | matcha green tea (caffeine + catechins + epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG))
- 45/99 | instant coffee (caffeine + catechins + quercetin + rutin)
- 9/99 | monosodium glutamate (MSG) OR sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3)
When the matcha/coffee mixture is dissolved in dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) and heated up in a microwave oven, matcha powder's GREEN colour is dominant at first. After the matcha/coffee mixture is stirred, instant coffee granule's BROWN colour becomes dominant.
