I was visiting Hiroshima with my 3 kids due to the sudden death of my mother. My son's shoes had disintegrated, so we went to Fukuya Department Store to look for replacement. My iPhone's charge was down to 2 %, so I found an outlet near a bench. As soon as I started charging the iPhone, a salesperson approached me and said: "No charging in the store!"
I was completely dismayed since I need a functional iPhone to make payment to the department store via Apple Pay. I shall never ever buy anything at Fukuya Department Store as they are morally and intellectually bankrupt. I would not be surprised if they went financially bankrupt as well since there are very few shoppers in the store.
