To whom it may concern

• On Canada Post's website, I am correctly signed in as "HyperInfo123" OK.

  

• When I click "Store", I am automatically signed out, and button "Sign in or Register" shows up.

  

• When I click "Support", error message "Access Forbidden" shows up! Even Canada Post's logo is missing!! Help!!!

• My company seems to be valued as a valued small business. However, the problem I reported more than 2 weeks ago about inability to Sign in to order stamps (Service Ticket Number: 148408738) has not been resolved. What is going on?
