After taking a flight back to Canada from Sweden, I landed at YYZ. When I noticed a kiosk with "You could win $250"/"Vous pourriez gagner 250 $", I decided to participate in the survey to help improve YYZ.
Since I made detailed comments, it took not "5 - 7 minutes" but more like 10 minutes, which I did not mind. However, I was shocked to death at the end of the survey that the contest for $250 was not open to residents of Québec. Please make Québec residents eligible for the contest, or else make eligibility clear at the beginning of the survey in order to prevent appearance of deception.
At another kiosk at YYZ, I received the following error message. Help!
